Travel Fees
Contrast Captures Media is based in Salem, Virginia, but is willing to work outside of Virginia's Blue Ridge! Some Travel Fees may apply.
Payment
Our standard payment plan for events such as weddings or quinceañeras is half upon booking and half one week before the event.

However, we can arrange a payment plan that begins at booking and consists of more frequent, smaller payments, with the final payment being 1 week prior to the event.
Standard
Cancellation
No cancellation fee applies if the shoot is rescheduled to another date.
50% of the total will be due if the shoot is canceled within 48 hours of the agreed upon date.
100% of the total will be due if the shoot is canceled within 24 hours.
Extenuating Circumstances Cancellation
For large shoots such as weddings and quinceañeras, if either party must cancel because of circumstances such as fire, earthquakes, etc, no cancellation fee will be charged. This does not include rain, wind or other "normal weather occurences."
